renoEASY started up as Bob and Jude believed there was a need for people to get the right advice, price, tradespeople and help when it came to renovating investment properties or homes in general when clients were looking at downsizing and putting their properties on the sales market.
As a previous REIQ Property Manager, Jude has had past employment in managing properties ranging in values up to $3M in the Brisbane area. After years of seeing owners requiring their properties to be renovated, and those who were overseas and not knowing where to start when it came to choosing a tradesperson, or not being able to oversee the work undertaken, a gap was seen in the market for project management to assist those clients and to be their ‘eyes and ears’ when a renovation is being undertaken.
With past experience renovating their own investment properties, Bob and Jude have a background of knowledge of where to add value and the short cuts to making a property more presentable for the sales market.
